"Thank you for accepting my request to join your Oregon Real Estate Brokerage last December 2010.  This November, I began my fifth year in real estate.  I made more money this last year with Sundance Realty than my first three years (combined) working with the two largest franchise brokerages in town.

I've always believed my productivity was about my activity and relationships with my clients and not so much the brokerage.  One thing I do like about my move to Sundance and why I've made so much more while at Sundance is that we don't have all the office activities that get in the way of doing business - broker meetings and floor time/other building activities.  Big fancy buildings, fancy technology, branding, etc., and all the support staff don't make a broker successful.  Getting out in the community, meeting with the public, showing homes, listing homes and advertising those listings brings a broker business.  The more business, the more money one makes.  It's simple math.  Those big franchises don't bring a broker clients, unless you are willing to give the franchies back a big part of the commission.

I wished I moved sooner and plan on being at Sundance for the long haul."
